If you are new here, you might want to start with Burnt at Home 1.0 as that program provides you with an amazing foundation on how to train with resistance.
But that said, you don't HAVE to do Burnt at Home 1.0. You can jump straight into this one if you feel that you are ready for a program that places a lot of focus on resistance training and to reap all the benefits resistance training has to offer!
You can do this program with minimal equipment (resistance band & Booty band) from the comfort of your own home but that said this program is also 100% adaptable to do in the gym!

International shipments are handled by DHL. They have an automatic system that quotes you on shipping according to your location. Simply enter your delivery address and you will see what the shipping will cost you. Delays may occur as a result of customs clearance or availability on air freight planes.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and link to where you can track your order. You will receive your email in ±1 business day after you have placed your order.
