Running your first 10km is a big achievement and should be a goal that every one that is capable of running, should try and accomplish.
The problem is, "where do I start if I'm a beginner?"
Just pushing yourself as hard as you can from the get-go is not the way to do it. You will start the journey but burn out before you reach your goal.
That's where we come in to help! 🧡 by providing you with an 8 - Week, step-by-step, running program, that will provide you with everything you need to know and do in order to run your first 10km if you are a beginner.

- A Booty Band (It can be used in the cross-training days to increase resistance to fast track your progress) but it is not a requirement to have one.

International shipments are handled by DHL. They have an automatic system that quotes you on shipping according to your location. Simply enter your delivery address and you will see what the shipping will cost you. Delays may occur as a result of customs clearance or availability on air freight planes.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and link to where you can track your order. You will receive your email in ±1 business day after you have placed your order.
