Please note that we can't accept exchanges 14 days after you have received your parcel. Read our returns and exchange policy for more information and guidance.

If you have placed an order with us and realise shortly after placing your order that you put in the wrong address, misspelled a word or made a mistake with your postal code - don’t stress, we can help!

(Scenario A)

If you realise the mistake DIRECTLY after placing your order, and the order has not yet been shipped, then our team can help. Please call us urgently on: 071 179 4856

(Scenario B)

If you want to change your address but your order has already been shipped, then you need to reach out to The Courier Guy. You will have to give them a call and ask them to change your address on their side. We cannot change your address after your order has been shipped.

You will receive your local Courier Guy contact details in the confirmation email from them.

If you realise shortly after placing your order that you want to change a size or item, we can help.

If you want to change your order but it has already been shipped you can simply log an exchange once you have received the parcel. You can find the exchange form here.

Will we restock previous seasons or items?

If the item you are looking for isn't on our website we unfortunately don’t stock it anymore. 

 We suggest you opt for one of the new range items instead 🔥 

When are we restocking the items on our website?

Due to high demand some items sell out very fast but we can notify you when we get new stock.  

To get notified when an item is back in stock click on the item in the table below. It will take you to that product and there you can click on the size you want and then click on “NOTIFY ME”. You will receive an email when it’s back in stock.

If I’m a size small at other large activewear brands, what size will I be at Burnt?

 Our sizing is on par with most big international brands. The best advice we can give you is that if you are normally a small, go for a small.

 I am not sure if the tights will be too long / short for me? Please advise.

Our tights are super forgiving. They are made with some of the best performance fabric in the world and because of that they move and mould with your body.

What is your most supportive sports bra?

 All our sports bras range between medium and high support.

 If you are looking for the most support, The Fiji Sports Bra is your best bet!
