Local shipping is R80 for orders under R1000. 

FREE shipping for all orders above R1000!

Delivery time: +-1-4 business days (depending on delivery location).
Cape Town and surrounds: ¬Ī1-2 dayS
Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban etc.): ¬Ī2-3 days
Outlying¬†Areas: ¬Ī3-4 days

*Please note: Due to Covid-19, shipping could maybe be delayed slightly. 

Locally, we ship using Courier Guy, Dawn Wing or Courier It.

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include the service provider, a tracking number and link to where you can track your order.

International shipments are handled by DHL. They have an automatic system that quotes you on shipping according to your location. 

Simply enter your delivery address and you will see what the shipping will cost you.

Delivery time: +- 7 business days. Delays may occur as a result of customs clearance or availability on air freight planes. 

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and link to where you can track your order.

 

 All packages must be signed for when delivered (Not applicable during Covid-19)

Please make sure that when making your purchase, you provide either a work address or an address where there will be somebody to sign between working hours. We cannot ship to PO Box numbers or to farms.

If you live on a farm, please provide your closest PostNet address to which we can send your package. Or another address of a family member, friend or relative that lives in town and can receive the package on your behalf. 

For international shipments: Please note that even though we do everything that we can for your package to clear through customs as smoothly as possible, we are not responsible for any duties or taxes on the package entering your country. 

At Burnt Studios we make use of DHL, The Courier Guy, DawnWing and CourierIt (the majority of the time, not exclusively) to ship all our packages. They are some of the most recognized and well now courier services in SA and they offer great service. Once your package has been delivered to them it is out of our control and they will be responsible for the delivery to you. Burnt Studios is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date once we have handed your parcel over to our courier service. If there is a delay in the delivery (due to strikes etc.) there will not be refunds, nor is Burnt Studios responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.
Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct. We will not be held responsible for parcels going missing because we have not received the correct address.
